Cardio Berry Tea is described on the label as being a loose herbal organic tea blend that is caffeine and gluten free. The ingredients are Hawthorne Berries, Rose Hips and Hibiscus. I love how pretty this tea looks just in the package, it is a pretty pink color. The tea also came with a small heart shaped infuser which was a nice surprise because I didn't realize it came with one. I prepared the tea as per the instructions on the front of the package. I used a small spoon to add the tea to the infuser. After the tea steeped, the water turned a nice pretty shade of pink. The taste of the tea is incredible, a little tart with a hint of sweetness and a nice slightly fruity after-taste. I have only been drinking this for a few days but I already find myself craving it. I will need more soon. I definitely recommend this tea. I drink mine hot but it would be good cold as well.
