I had been looking for a new tea kettle to replace my old, worn out, stainless steel tea kettle. I was so glad when I was allowed to review this Whistling Tea Kettle. I love that the body of the kettle is black on the outside. I think it will stay looking nice much longer than my all stainless tea kettle did. I also love that this tea kettle whistles because I tend to forget that I have something on the stove. The whistle is loud enough to hear but not so loud that it startles you. The inside of the pot is plain stainless without the black. The handle does get pretty warm but I just use a pot holder to lift it. The pour spout is great, I haven't had any problems with dripping while pouring. The tea kettle did not come with instructions however, I received several emails from Chefs Unlimited with tips and tricks. Thanks to the emails I was well prepared on how to use the tea kettle before I received it. Overall, I think this is an excellent whistling tea kettle.
